I have been in packaging my whole career. I started in corrugated boxes, both designing and sales. In 1979 I went to work selling pressure sensitive materials, that was the beginning of the label industry for me. In 1981 I moved into selling flexographic water base printing ink. That was at the time you almost had to be a chemist to run water inks. I have been in this industry ever since and plan on reritiring from it in the future sometime. I have spent the last 20 some odd years with American Water Graphics and had a good time doing so. AWG has been a mainstay in this industry and a driving force.

I have 21 plus years of service with AWG. My main concentration is batch building.

In my spare time I enjoy dirt track racing, riding ATV's, and watching sports.

I come to American Water Graphics, Inc.  with approximately 20 years various shipping and receiving experience. I have worked for AWG for approximately 9 years, starting out in production as a filterer.

I have an Associates Degree in applied Science/Technology (3.96 GPA), named student of the year in 2005. Married to my wife for 34 years, have 3 adult children, 2 grandchildren. I am an avid snowskier for 40 years, enjoy swimming, golf and time with my grandchildren. I'm also an Enthusiastic Carolina Panther Fan!

LAMONDA B. HENDERSON

Administrative Assistant / Office Manager

Lamonda joined AWG's team in June of 2005. I bring an extensive clerical background with over 30 years' experience, starting at my high school level with Lowe's Companies then moving into textiles. I was an ISO9000 clerk for more than 5 years. My main concentration here at AWG is general clerical duties from purchasing to payroll, but I enjoy the day to day communication with our customers.

When not working she enjoys going to church and spending time with  family.
